This link usually provides a pretty complete list of Wisconsin swaps (you just have to weed out the poultry ones from the rabbit ones!). BUT it hasn't been updated for 2011 yet. I'd give it another few weeks.

There is a swap comming up this weekend on Sunday (3/20/11)-the Dodge County Swap. There is also a pigeon and bantam show. It is in Beaver Dam at the fair grounds from 6am to 11am.
