A nice member asked that I post pics of my girls here at the Wicked Chicken...
we've worked hard to develop a flock that produces lots and lots of color; clients love it and who doesn't enjoy a pretty dozen!
Lots of breeds and most get along with each other well...there is the occasional squabble. They co-exist well due to lots of space..confined girls don't tolerate each other when they are fighting for space.
This is one of many 'chicken highways' that link the different areas...
We hatched out several batches last summer..Chase the Aussie watched constantly and let us know when they started hatching..he took over!
This is the largest yard but when you add a 2 year old, the chickens scatter!
These are some of the youngsters..and yes, that's Mr. Marshal Dillon trying hard not to look like a rooster amongst the roos!
