I would just about gurantee the gum would wind up in someone a half mile aways hair. And everyone standing around would wonder just what's wrong with that fella.

I need to take the kids fishing one of these days. Never done it. Need to do it. They've been begging. I know they'd love it. I don't eat fish, though.

I mostly fish catch and release anyways.
I am the only one that EATS fish here in my house!

Fishing is a great hobby for kids.. and anyone for that matter!

Dangit, I only caught 12 sunfish today. You got me beat by what, 2? I ran out of bait. I know there are some big fish in the local lake, they just kept throwing my hooks. Which is how they survived to be big fish...

I can't fillet that many sunfish at once, though. After 6 sunfish, all those picky little bones and having to skin them wears out my hands. I did six today, gutted the rest and froze 'em. Coated the fillets in egg batter and seasoned cracker crumbs, then pan-fried in butter. Served with garlic noodles on the side, strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Caught a bass, but it was too small to keep.

I need to get better hooks. And better bug spray...
