Update- ducklings were developing well!!! Who knew! Have found licensed rehabber for them. Thanks for advice!

No. They were candled and had tons of movement but they are now with a licensed rehabber who will make sure they can live in the wild.

I'd place in the freezer and not mess with wild duck eggs. Fines are high.
