Wild duck eggs

So I have 4.5 acres with a big pond. Many muscovy ducks call my property home. I recently found a nest with a couple eggs during the day. That evening I went to see which duck was nesting it and nothing was there. Now a few days later (5 days to be exact) no more eggs have been laid and no ducks have been nesting it. I’m not sure if I should take the eggs and just incubate them on my own or leave them for the mom. This is from the first night I saw them.

why does one egg look like it has such a bigger baby in there?

If there hasn't been a duck nesting on the egg's for five days, the eggs are definitely dead. The pictures you provided supports that too.

It seems like, the nest was used before. And the ducm left it. They don't look alive to me.
