A wild duck made a nest near our pond she was there yesterday but gone today it was 40 degrees over night one had a hole I did crack that opened just the yolk nothing formed let can I try and hatch these I brought them in the house on a heating pad.

Ah of course you can try to save them, but just understand that there may be some sort of legal protections for the species of duck, or it may be illegal for you to possess the eggs or babies of that duck. I'm not really sure about the legalities, but if I were you I'd keep those eggs pretty sneaky.

I have them in a box with a heat lamp on them, I don't have a incubator and not going to get one if there is no chance on saving them.

No sure maybe a Mallard duck the female was all brown I live in PA
Humidity is going to be the one factor your going to have trouble with, you can spray the eggs a couple times a day and turn them a couple times a day. but it's going to be rough with out a mama duck or an incubator.
