Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question. I live in Texas and just found out there is a law whereby you need a commercial gamebird license to own many types of birds. The list of birds requiring the license very vaguely includes "wild ducks" I've tried getting clarity on this but no one I speak to seems to know if this includes the domesticated breeds. I figure if tractor supply sells them with no notice about needing a license then it should be fine but I just want to make sure.
