Wild earthquake (A buffalo RP)

The next morning everyone got up bright and early, he went up, but turned in a different direction that Amara had gone, no one knew exactly where he was taking them, they just knew it was in the mountains. He went to a very grassy place that was big and cool. It had many turns but Amara wasn't there. Hans sighed. "Poor Amara, doesn't know any better." Cora said. "Well, she just doesn't choose to." Hans said.

Amara woke, where is everyone? Wouldn't they be here by now? She stood and looked around. She wasn't too worried, she knew how to survive on her own if it came to it

"Should we search for her?" Cora asked. "No, she'll just do the same. She chose this path, and I'll let her pay for it." He said as he explored with the herd. "She acts like a calf, but she weaned from her mom long ago, she needs to deal with her own problems. I'll only protect her when she's in the herd, and not when she chose to be apart." Hans said. He found some little trees with sweet, fresh fruit. They gathered to eat.

Cinder nodded. "We'll have a new calf in this herd soon." She added.

"Wait, are you pregnant??? You didn't tell me! I must prepare! This place is too dangerous right now! I must do what I can to make this area safe for the new arrival!" He said, he took new life very seriously, everything had to be perfect for the calf, and he'd even care for it if he had to.

Amara headed down where the herd bedded down the night before. Hmmmm they weren't there. She became a bit alarmed. She headed down the mountain back to the plains they had started. "Where are they?" She whispered under her breath. She walked about and bellowed, calling for her lost herd

Cinder took a step back. "How would we do that?" She asked, looking at Hans intensely.

Thistle became worried and set out to find her.

No answer... Amara knew she could survive on her own but, she never had to do it before. They would never abandon her, wasn't her mother the dominant bull's mate, well, until she was killed from sickness

Cinder took a step back. "How would we do that?" She asked, looking at Hans intensely.

"There are thorn bushes, the water's much too deep!" He said, "I'm not mad, don't worry." He said and calmed down. He dumped rock piles in the water to make it more shallow and he tore the bushes of thorns down.

Cora heard, "Hans, I think I hear bellowing." She said, alarmed. "Are you sure? If it's a predator we'd lead them to our own territory." He said.
