Wild Free Range mystery breeds

Hi all!

A few weeks ago we caught 4 hens and 5 chicks that were free ranging on some acreage. When the birds were advertised they did not mention that we would be chasing wild chickens all evening! I've tried to figure out what breeds they could be, but I think it's most likely they are all mixes. The hens are still too flighty to take a good photo, but maybe someone can help me guess at the chicks' breeds?

*these photos are from last week and they have already changed dramatically! The two darker chicks are almost all feathered out with very little fluff! We think the two white/yellow chicks may be leghorn mixes, but no idea on the little grey beaked girl or the two dark chicks.

So difficult to tell at that age what they could be. Presumably, based on what you've said about the parents they are all almost certainly cross breeds. Pictures of the parents may give you a better idea.

The little dark legged / beaked one does though look a little like a Splash Marans ? Or a silkie cross? How many toes does she have?

I'll count in the morning! I've never noticed if she had more or less than the others, but I also never looked lol

I have a couple of photos of two of the hens (the other two won't settle and stay still long enough to get a clear shot) but there is no way to know if the chicks belong to any of them. There were close to 15 hens and roosters and we lost track of which hens had chicks before they all scattered.

First hen is a Polish mix. Second hen is definitely a Silkie mix. The two chicks with rose combs (flat wedge) might have Wyandotte in them.
