Windstar watched the scene in wonderment. Finally, she turned and headed to a patch of dying grass. Here, she nipped here-and-there, her thoughts muddled. Would she and Sundance one day bear twins for Diablo?

Sundance had fallen asleep again, stretched out on her side.

Diablo reared and tossed his head, in celebration of the event, keeping his distance. He knew that if he got to close, Calypso could get very defensive.
