Haley squealed and pretended to run away from him. She pinned her ears back, and gave him the evil eye.

Orestes closed the gap between him and Haley. Lashing out, he bit into her flank then moved alongside, shoving her with his head. "You're coming with me this time, blue roan!"

Sapphire watched Moon. She bit his flank to get his attention. "Orestes!" He yelled.

Moon slid to a stop. "I'm gonna KILL HIM!" Moon turned and ran back to the herd where he saw Orestes. He galloped after the running roan.

Emerald grazed peacefully. "I wonder where Orestes is.." She murmured.

Zephyr galloped away from the two stallions. They seemed to have forgotten about her she she went off away from them.

"Like I'm telling you!" Haley kicked out at Orestes's head, missing and kicking Moon's neck as he reared and slammed his feet on his rival's back.

Orestes twisted his head sideways and downward. He bit into Haley's foreleg and clamped his teeth, wanting to hear the delightful 'crunch' of breaking bones. If he couldn't have Haley, who he believed was Cerulean for now, he would make sure no one could.
