Moon galloped after her. he was running neck-and-neck with her.
(Maybe you should be a little more specific who he's talking to. my bad)

Cerulean swung her head, trying to bite Moon and make him fall behind. She tossed her head and galloped harder, her hooves thundering against the ground.
Moon bucked playfully into the air. he tossed his head and passed her by an inch.
Cerulean couldn't gallop any faster, so she started falling behind.
Moon started falling behind too. he found himself right beside her.
Cerulean squealed playfully and leaped over into Moon's space.
Moon found himself a foot behind her, for he was tiring fast.

Cerulean slowed and turned. Apparently, she'd won, or Moon had just dropped out. At a trot, she returned to where she'd last seen Star and Sapphire.

Typhoon didn't follow much of what Helio said,but she didn't tell him that.

John is not accepted because the lead stallion is the only stallion in a herd. They could be loners?

ok could they start there own herd if not then they will be loners together
