She is definitely a domestic Muscovy. The wing looks like it might have got broken or badly strained. I would take her to a farm vet or a vet that knows about waterfowl. You should be able to feel a breake in the wing if it's broke.

Welcome to BYC - it does appear as if her wing has been injured or perhaps even broken. If possible it might be a good idea to catch her and attempt to see what is going on.

UPDATE;

Yesterday I posted about the female muscovy duck with possible injuries. She showed up this morning (like she has every day for the past year and a half) and she seems to have shaken the limp as well as the deformity on her wing. I was prepared to catch her band we were going to the vet. I have so many ducks coming to eat it's crazy, here's a picture of them all right now. Lol
