wild or dumped domestic ducks?

100 mile house, BC, Canada
came right up to my friends, very remote lake. if they are domestic ill get them but dont want to be stealing wild ducks. just look domestic to me but not 100% sure.

There's at least one cross in there, so they're likely dumps. Be careful taking them in, though. Isolate for at least a month. Having been "in the wild" for a bit, they may have been exposed to things you don't want to introduce to your flock.
If you don't already have birds, just keep an eye on them for signs of illness. They look pretty healthy, so they're likely fine, but quarantine is ALWAYS a smart choice!

for sure, my ducks are purebred too so i dont want them crossing anyways. probably toss them in the barn (good distance away) and rehome them. just dont want them to die when winter hits
 
update: apparently they can fly very well so they should be fine, must have been outcrossed with wild ones. also apparently there's lots there. might just be a different species of wild duck or i dont know. its really weird.
