Wild pheasant questions....to friendly?

I don't know if you are familiar with all the pheasant breeds, but there are over 60 different breeds of pheasants from all over the world. Here's a few of the ones I raise.
In N.H.,Tony.
Cool!! No I'm not familiar with any of them.

Are they all considered game birds or are some ornamental?
Wow if I hunted them I would have them mounted. Really beautiful birds. I don't hunt the Ring neck but hear they are delicious from a co- worker. He said little breast meat but very good if cooked right.

@007Sean Do we have to have a permit down here to raise pheasants?
I've never heard of someone having to have a permit before.
Yep, suspose to have permit to raise game birds that are under the TP&W regulations. Ringnecked pheasants, Bobwhites and Blue quail, too!

in most if not all states once released they are considered wild so belong to the state . Just tossing that out there.....

In most states a release permit is required if you want to let them go. Here I had to provide a map of the area where I was releasing mine. The release was part of my permit to raise them.
