Need help with a wild baby pheasant I found please send tips

It died sadly I tried to keep it warm and fed it and gave it water but he died

Just something to keep in mind:

Never give baby birds water. I'm not sure how pheasants work with the water but I do lots of bird rescue and I just give them soft wet foods such as crop milk mixture, mashed up feed, cream of wheat ect.

Pheasants need water after hatch, just like other poultry. They aren't naked, helpless chicks like songbirds
