wild pussley

I have a question when I was younger my G dad always would pull up wild pussley (it may be called something else don't know) in his field for his chickens they loved it

is there anyway to get some seed for this plant and if so where? I would like to start growing some for my chickens

Is that the same thing we call purslane or duckweed?

Even says it is good for producing high Omega-3 eggs.

I know the eggs from my G dads hens were always very good he would toss a few good hand fulls in to his chicken pen and with in 2 min it was all gone he even fed it to his hogs and cows hopefully i can find me some seed or transplant some and start growing some for my chickens

I found some Pusley i transplanted some and ran my soaker hose to it
