Friends cat had what she thought was a baby chick so, she called me to take it. She has no chickens in her neighborhood. When I saw it I am pretty sure it's a wild tyrkey poult. I tried to raise some a long time ago with no sucess. They actually beat their heads against sides of brooder til they died. This one seems more tame. I have eggs hatching even as I write this. Do you think this would be ok to put them together and will this help the little turk do better? I feel and see no injuries on him. Thanks Renae.

I wouldn't recommend putting hatchlings with a wild animal. There's no telling what it is carrying, regardless if you felt nothing on him. He might have parasites or other disease. Keep him somewhere else, away from the hatchlings. If you can, take him to a vet for an inspection.
