yeah. ohio is definitely affordable. our mortage (including tax and insurance) is only 550 a month for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, full basement and attached garage with a huge backyard.
thats less than half of what i was paying in san diego for a one bed, one bath apartment on the second floor. hahah
