Here you go(if you want the traditional one:

Leader: "I, _____, leader of _______, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He/She have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him/her to you as warriors in their turn. _______, do you promise to uphold the warrior code, and to protect this flock, even at the cost of your live?"

Apprentice: "I do."

Leader: "Then by the powers of Starflock, I give you your warrior name. _____, from this moment on, you will be known as _____. ______ honors your _____ and your ____, and we welcome you as a full member of_______."​

Sorry that I do not know this, but what does RP mean?

the way i've seen it was just like your characters actions, like *she ran over to the rock* but it's your topic, you can choose.

For those (if there are any) who don't know how/or what is an rp (role play):

you basically write a story about what your characters doing -

ex: *Blossomfeather ran over to a spot that looked good for bugs there and started to scrach* She found a plump worm and decided to take it to the mothers and chicks, since one of the rules were that the flock must be fed first.​

I know how to rp(I'm an awful writer lol), but I don't know about this particular one because I have never read of heard of the warriors books.
On another forum I use to go on for rp we use to use OOC(Out of character) to type messages to eachother, the rest was the actual rp.
Eg: OOC-Oh hey.. Cool turkey(lol)
Shuffle ran over the the pile of worms, her stomach rumbling uncontrollably.
