The one on the right is giving you the stink eye

Anyone have any idea what kind of quackers these are? I've never seen them before. All 3 shots are the same pair, sorry, image quality isn't awesome. I only had my cell and they woulnd't let me get too close.

Some sort of Whistling duck maybe?

If they have an iridescent green stripe by their eyes, they might be widgeon.

I'm stumped on this bird, do any of y'all know what it is? My first guess would be Blue-Headed Vireo but not sure
