will a craked fertile chicken egg hatch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i went to candle my chicken eggs and i droped one. it only fell about 6 inches. when it fell it craked and started to bleed. it didn't bleed much. i put it back in the incubator. do you think it will hatch? its been in the incubator for 2 weeks please help me!​

I've read people seal them with candle wax with good results. You don't want bacteria to get in.

I've had that happen to me twice but not as badly cracked. I used electrical tape and they both hatched, but again, mine was not nearly so cracked.

I have had that happen and used wax to seal it and it hatched just fine. Good luck

I have one that was apparently cracked when I put it in, I used wax and it is still developing fine.

The bleeding concerns me... can't hurt to try. BTW don't ever candle OVER your other eggs, just in case you drop them you will not lose more than the one. Just and FYI

Please don't use nail polish..... way too many NASTY chemicals in there. Especially since it is bleeding.

its not bleeding anymore there was just blood that filled some of the crackes
