WILL A ROO MOUNT ANOTHER ROO

My 10 week old roo is mounting pullets but today I saw him mount a bird that I though was a roo too. Will they do that

Yes its an act of dominace. Hens will do it as well.

I've not really noticed it in my birds, but my (neutured) male dogs mounts other (also neutuerd) male dogs all the time. It's dominance, that's all.

Yes they will sometimes do that, the other day my male muscovy duck mounted my male pekin duck. I though it was so odd.
