Will a single baby quail be lonely?

Actually I had two baby quails, one of them was very weak since he hatched, he couldn't stand on his own and slept all the time. I tried to give him some food and water but he shut his eyes every time.
And the day after I found him dead, now that only one quail left alone, i wonder if he will be okay or feeling terrorized when his roommate gone missing?

It depends on how long you've had them together for, but I don't think it will affect the baby quail too much.
But it would be best to buy some more quails for company because that one quail will be very lonely.

If you can get it some friends that would be good, poultry are social animals and like company.
