I have two big full-sized roos and some full-sized hens. I also have a small flock of OEGB hens and one roo. I've never seen the OE roo after any of my big hens. The big roosters take care of them.

What are the odds that my little tiny guy would go for a girl more than twice his size? Would the bigger roosters chase him off of their girls? I've never seen him try anything with the big girls. Just wondering??

i have an OEGB mix rooster over my flock of layers (mostly standards, a few bantams)... he mates with all of them. (although always unsucessfully)

we've had fertile silkie eggs, but never fertile orpington or rock eggs.

I would say yes. Bantams often boss huge standard roosters around. I think he would probably breed your hens.
