Will avain pox spread to pigeon squabs?

Hi,
After reading a recent post where Dawn listed some information on avian pox, realize that my 25+bird flock is infected and I am concerned. I am handraising 2 pigeon squabs and noticed the information listed pigeon pox also and don't know if this is generally found in wild pigeon flocks or if, through me, my chickens can infect the babies. If so, the damage has probably already been done. Also, I have 2 pekin ducks but I didn't notice any info mentioning ducks so can I assume they are safe?

...from what I have understood it wont (not from the chicken to the pigeon) HOWEVER, the mosquitoes which are the source of the problem will.
