I've been able to hold temp at 100 so far and the Hum is in the mid 40's.

What kind did you set?

I can't wait till I can candle mine on Thursday. I have a brinsea mini, so my turner only holds 7 eggs (it keeps me from over doing it), but I rec'd 10 eggs in my shipment. No way was I going to toss those , so I am hand turning them right now. I have gotten really spoiled with a auto turner for the last seveal years.

Well I got a mixture of RIR, BO and white leg horns. They all came from my girls. I'm hoping I have a lot of good eggs in there.

I set 12 duck eggs (mix of Cayuga, Khaki Campbell, and Gold Star 300 Hybrids) and 1 goose egg (Toulouse and Chinese mix) on April 8th. Although I set them at 7 pm so is that day 1 or is the 8th day 1? I am getting really discouraged because when I candled them I can't see any veins or anything and since I'm a newbie I have no idea what I'm looking for. Although from what I've seen on here, I think they are fertile so maybe I'm just not waiting long enough.

I have black copper marans and blue wheaten ameraucana's set April 8th, so I'm joining this hatch club! I'm not going to candle until lockdown. Temp and humidity stable.

If you set them on April 8th, then the 9th is day one. Oh, almost forgot, don't candle until day 7. If you can't wait that long, then at least give them until day 5 if you have light colored eggs.

I just looked in on the eggs. the temp is still holding 100 but hum was down to 22. I had Ben raise the lid and I added water to the bottom (Had it all full on Wed when I set the eggs) I can't see to well under the turner so I don't know if I got it full or not. I'm hoping it comes back up.

I'm still here, just nothing much to report yet, lol. I'm not touching a thing as long as temp and humidity is normal. I probably won't candle until lockdown.
