Will Broody BR hen raise day old Pekin's

I have a Broody Barred Rock hen and I was wondering if I could slip 2 or three day old Pekins under her, do you think she woudl raise them, it would be my first ry with ducks?

If she has raised chicks before it would be worth a try.

waterfowl will imprint on anything. Have they imprinted on you, their human mothers?

The trick maybe to get the ducks to accept the hen as their mom.

Do it at night. When the sun comes up she will not be the wiser. She should take right to them. The question will be will the ducks accept her.
