My coop gets pretty cold and eggs freeze. I was wondering if frozen or just cold eggs can still be incubated. I appreciate any help thank you.

Frozen eggs sure cant, but I dont know just how low the temp can get befor it becomes a problem.

cold eggs can be incubated, you need to slowly warm them up, I wrap them in a towl for 24 hours, what you are trying to prevent is 'sweat' on the shell when they warm up to room temp.

I don't think frozen eggs will be viable, but I know that eggs can be cold (such as in a refrigerator) for up to 7 days, and you can incubate after that and they will still be viable.
