I currently have a duck sitting on three eggs and they are all pipping! I'm worried though that when they hatch the Drake is going to hurt them? It is just the hen and Drake in the coop (along with the eggs). No others ducks. Will the drake hurt them or will they be ok? Anyone had this experience?

That is a toss up... some drakes are just fine with ducklings, some are not... to be safe, I would separate him now, but keep him where they can all see each other... after the ducklings are up and about you can decide whether to try some supervised integration...
