My grandkids fed the hens that are used to hatch chicks medicated chick starter, will those eggs hatch?

Welcome to BYC! Chick starter is usually medicated with Amprolium, which does not leave an egg residue, so those eggs will be fine to hatch yes.

They should be OK unless the amprolium prevents the embryo from uptaking thiamine so that could be a potential problem.
Thiamin deficiency in embryos causes polyneuritis, early mortality, late mortality and many dead chicks in the hatching trays.

Let us know how it works out.
