will feathers grow back on chicks butt?

My 3 week old chick had issiues with pasty butt when I got her. After I cleaned her a few times, loosing a feather or 2 she started picking, and has a bald butt. Now at 3 weeks still bald. Will and when will they grow back?

The down will never grow back, but she will get feathers there as her feathers start growing in.

Will she need to wait longer before going to the outside coop? All 7 look so funny right now, half fluff and half feathers!

Nope, she'll be fine. I have a cochin chick out in the coop right now that has a bald butt, and she does just fine.
