Will hen take day old if already have 21 day old

I have searched the site trying to find the answer to my question but have not found one, so forgive my question if it is redundant. I have a broody hen(buff orp) that is due to hatch her eggs tonight, the problem was that of the 8 eggs I put under her, 5 of them (currently, we will see about the rest tomorrow or the next day) were not viable

and she ended up destroying them. Sooo I decided to hatch some in a incubator(put them on tonight), but as taking care of the chicks after they hatch is not something I want to do in this busy season I was hoping someone would know if it would be possible to have the broody mama hen also take care of the incubated chicks

. Has anyone tried something like this before? The older chicks will be 20-21 days old by the time the incubated chicks hatched. Thanks

I'm no expert, but from what I've learned here, I think it might be harder for the 21 day old chicks to accept the new ones then for mama hen to accept them.

Sounds like you need to go to a local feed store and pick up a few young chicks for her to raise.
