A wild chicken has been hanging around my house. I caught her today and was checking her over and found this all over her chest area. Don't know what this is. She may have been attacked? I have other healthy birds and don't want to put them in any danger. If this is serious will I have to put her out of misry?

Keep her quarantined away form your flock for about 4 weeks and watch for any other signs of disease. This is not a fatal wound, the feathers will grow back but you will want to watch for mites, worms as well as respiratory diseases. I’m not sure what the yellow spots are but maybe someone else will.

That doesn't look like anything too dangerous or serious to me but I wouldn't put her with your healthy chickens till you figure out exactly what it is though. At least I wouldn't. Any evidence of Mites or bugs or anything like that

Definitely quarantine away from your other birds, at least 4 weeks so you can be sure as you can before exposing your other birds.
Check her over for lice/mites.

Check her feet for any signs of bumblefoot. The feather loss could be from how she has been resting on the ground or roosting and it rubbed feathers off and irritated the skin.
The quarantine period will give you time to ID any potential health problems, check her poops, general body condition, make sure she's eating and drinking well, and whether or not she is laying.
