Will it be ok to put them togather?

I have a young rooster about 5 weeks old right now and im hatching more eggs just put them in the incubator today will he be ok to keep with the new hatchlings when they hatch?

You might beable to with only have this one. I find any older chicks just run the new hatched chicks right over. So I never place older chicks together, but you might try and see how things go. It would of been better if this one was a pullet. Some young rooster at this age show more aggressive behavior. See what the other Byc members think

I was wondering the same thing. I hatched a little roo about 3 weeks ago all alone and I have several more that should be hatching in less than a week and was hoping they could all stay together as I have two other groups that have not been integrated together yet. I guess time will tell.
