Will Leghorns get along with orpingtons?

Hello! My name is Erin. I am 12 yrs old and I have 2 chicks. The lady said they are crossed between Rhodies and Leghorns. I just really want these guys to fit in when they grow up. My flock consists of 4 Buff Orpington's 1 Aracauna and 1 Rhodie.

I also got 3 Lavender orps from a different lady. 2 didn't make it. So I got the 2 Leghorn crosses to keep poor Sugarplum company. Now I don't want the leghorns to get sick!

I really just don't know what I should do!

I have both Orpingtons and Leghorns in with my flock and they do fine. I love my Leghorns and hope that yours do well in your flock. If they are cross bred, they may be sex-links.

Hi! That is very good news! I don't think they are sex-links because there weren't crossed with any sex-links. Just Rhodies and Leghorns!

I have 5 Buff Opringtons and 6 Leghorns (among others) and they all get along really well. The Orps are very friendly as are the Leghorns and very vocal!!!

Hope yours do as well!
