Will my chickens tear up my strawberry patch?

I moved a LOT of plants, but left several when we moved the chickens to the strawberry patch. The chickens mowed down what I left. I wouldn't expect them not to eat the plants.

There are several plants that are on the outside of the chicken wire, and they haven't seemed interested in them. Yes, they get a lot of other green stuff. They free range our very large country yard. I might move the fence in a little bit and see what happens. I'm just tired of looking at it. I suppose I'd better get used to it, though. I thought they might as well have the rest of the berries and I'm very tired of stooping over to pick them.
