Will my duckling be okay?? What it wrong

My duck has this feather near her tail on her back I’m not sure how it happened but does anyone know what I should do or if it will heal

she has also been squinting her eye and yesterday it was completely closed so I cleaned around it with bedadine and polysporin and gave her a bath thats how it looks today

She is breathing really heavily and this morning her heart beat was so loud and fast I’m worried she has some kind of disease or infection

What does she eat? Does she have water deep enough to dunk her bill and head in?
