Yeah, they can be rough. Might I suggest removing the ducks? Waterfowl and layers shouldn't really be together anyways, because hens like dry, ducks like wet. Also, ducks can get rough with hens as is, and if there's a drake in there, they can do some bad damage... The hens should settle down by the end of the two week mark (as long as nobody is hiding), but ducks... As I said, maybe remove them?
