That's what I thought. But I just don't understand why he doesn't look like his brother. And he's not crowing, or trying to mount the hens, like all the other roosters.100% cockerel

Had to take several pictures to show the features that I'm trying to point out. Looks like she has the long neck feathers, and I think those are saddle feathers back by her tail, and she has huge feet! But she doesn't have the large bright red crop and waddles like her brother, the gentleman rooster (Midnight, aka Mickey).
I'd appreciate your feedback.
Me, too. Now I just have to convince my daughter and son in law. I guess they'll be convinced when he starts crowing!Some chickens mature at different rates...now, I could be wrong but those saddle feathers are long and pointed so that's why I'm thinking cockerel.
