Will our chickens get along with our new duck?

We just got a new duck to add on to our flock.Our three hens have been pecking her. Are our chickens going to allow her into the flock or are they going to keep pecking her ? Please respond as soon as you can.

You should put it in a separate pen on a look no touch training.
Hens do and have a high pecking order.
Put it in a crate for a few day and only try putting together if your there to watch over them..

Also sometimes it never works out. My hens hate my ducks.

They should but it might take time....Is your Duck a Drake or a hen?? If a Drake it might try breeding your hens and that is not going to workout very well...Drakes can kill chickens. My friend this year caught her drake swinging her hen by the neck....

Yes! She had her Husband and Dad build her a Duck pen on Mothers day!!!
It was awful too see...
