If you don't already know, I'm getting 2-3 fertile polish eggs (because I do not want a rooster) to slide under one of my hens when she goes broody. But I have no other polishes, and I wanted to know if they would still get BADLY picked on or only a little? Should I be super worried?

I have a polish,I raised her with 3 other chicks. The are mean to Puff, but she can't walk.I don't know if it is because she is a polish or if it is because she is an injured chicken?

I know nothing about birds that can't see due to overly feathered heads.

Birds who look different or act different due to things like reduced vision will get picked on or ostracized, sometimes even if raised together. Birds like polish or silkies often don’t do well in standard fowl groups. I had to rehome my silkie this year for that reason, even though he was raised from day one with his flock mates. He never really fit in well.

But if I was to trim their feathers enough for them to see and act normal...would that maybe help by the slightest?

Yeah, they're going to be picked on.BTW not trying to jinx you but the more you don't want roos usually that makes more hatch.Coincidence, who knows?
We only want to hatch these polish, and then that's all. Plus we go on vacations from time to time, and we don't want a broody hen to scare our chick sitter so she doesn't collect the eggs if maybe possibly they are fertile, and come home to some chicks
