will pullet eggs get larger?????

I have a few 6 mo NH reds, Aracaunas,a nd buff orps and they are laying eggs about 1/2 the size of my older layers. I can NOT remember if my older layers initial eggs were small(the older layers are 6 yo so its been a while) should their eggs get larger with time? thanks:/

My pullets have been laying for about 2 weeks now, and I'm already noticing a size increase from their initial little ones...so yes, your's should increase to normal!
