Will Roo Man up!??!?!?

I Have a 3 month old roo and 2 same age hens. So we got him and the 2 girls to add to our already flock of hens. When we put the baby's in the hens yard they are VERY scared including the roo?!!? Will my roo ever be a leader to all my hens not just his little girls???

Hmm it’s a little hard to tell from the photos, but I’d say either Jersey Giant or Black Australorp; I’ve had both (hens) and he looks a lot like either one of them with a longer tail
