Will RSL hens be able to clear a 4ft high fence with a clipped wing?

I recently ordered 50 RSL and am planning to build them a large run, I was hoping to use 4 by 8 hog panels, unless it won't be high enough. I will be clipping one wing so keep that in mind.


If not I originally planned on using pallets and putting the panels on top so that would give me somewhere around 6-8 feet but that will be a lot more hassle for me and I think it will look nicer without that.

Any feedback is welcomed!
