will setting hen accept week-old chicks?

I've put day-olds under my hens, but the chicks I can get at Soldans are nine days old.

Will my hen accept them?

I would worry if the chicks would accept the hen. Sometimes if chicks are hand raised they will be afraid of the hen. I would watch them close. Good luck.
