Will she be ok?

The wormer is Safeguard goat wormer, and it was only a little. What can I do to make sure she is ok? Will she be ok? It does not appear to hurt, itch or be irritated.

I don't know specifically if it is a problem but first aid for the eye is to irrigate the eye liberally with water. You can use plain clean (ideally boiled or distilled) water but even regular faucet water should be OK. Or better still if you have one of those squeezy bottles of saline they sell at the pharmacy that is better than plain water and the bottle makes it easier to direct the water to wash out the eye.
Sorry, I don't know anything specifically about effect of Safeguard on the eye.

Plain boiled water (cooled obviously) is better than saline. I’d just rinse it out to be on the safe side.

Every chemical compound like this has what is called and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). The information relates to humans but it will give you an idea of the risks to animals as well. You can usually find them by simply googling for them. I have attached the MSDS for Safeguard goat dewormer for your reference. Here is what is says about treating when it gets in the eye.

EYE CONTACT: In case of eye contact, immediately rinse eyes thoroughly with plenty of water. If wearing contact lenses, remove only after initial rinse, and continue rinsing eyes for at least 15 minutes. If irritation occurs or persists, consult a physician.

Note that it does not say to use saline. Just water. Here is the MSDS for your reference.

Tagging you @RoyalChick
