I had two poults that I raised with 9 salmon faverolles, 3 almost 4 months old. one of the turkeys died yesterday (predator, dealt with), Will the remaining turkey be lonely being the only turkey or will it be fine with the salmon faverolles?? They don’t perch together since the turkey likes perch higher but they hang out during the day. I’m not against getting more but i’m also not sure how she do with ones she wasn’t raised with. I also have 50 other chickens but she really does not care to hang out with them.

I recommend you get another hen turkey for a companion for her.

Should I look for one around the same age?? Or should I raise a couple more poults for her to befriend?

You can only be sure to get a hen by getting one that is at least old enough to sex.
To be fair, i’m not even sure if the one I have now is a hen I just seem to call it “her” more than “him” lol.

Post pictures of it. I suspect it is a hen because if it is a tom, it would be squashing your chickens trying to breed them. It isn't a good thing to imprint turkey poults with chickens.
