Will she hatch them?

Hi, My buff duck made this beautiful nest and is sitting on three eggs. Is there any chance that she'll hatch them? If so, I may have cayuga/buff ducks.

It looks like she is going to.

Leave the eggs and she might just settle down when she has enough!

With that nest adorned as it is with feathers, I'm betting if they're fertile there's a good chance they'll hatch. (And give them three or four days from the time you expect them to hatch before you start worrying.)

I think she will settle down & hatch em, she might just want some mre eggs first. my Buff duck made an excellent broody & mother.

I was So proud of one of my Muscovy girls when she built her first nest this year, it was so big and perfectly made and she had so many feathers stuffed into it, it really was beautiful.

Looks like she is going to try. Leave the nest and eggs alone and she will probably lay more then start sitting.
