Will she lay again??

My Royal Palm hen hatched 6 poults a week ago today, but by yesterday she was down to 3.... so I put them in the brooder with my chicks. I put her back with my tom this morning and he was strutting his little heart out with all 2 tail feathers

Will she start laying eggs again or is she done for the summer? I thought if she starts laying again I would try to incubate them? I also want to get a bourbon red hen to go with them!

Yes, she should give you one more good clutch and if you are lucky you could get two more, but the last one real late in the season.
